Recycling Plastic

It's complicated, we know...

At school:

- only PET plastic is recycled

- all other plastic should be thrown in general waste

At home:

- collect your PET plastic and bring it to one of the recycling stations: map

- a few other plastic bottle types are collected by Coop and Migros

- all other plastic goes in your general waste

Is it PET?

- usually, there is a recycling symbol on plastic bottles (look under it)

- the PET symbol looks like this:
